How can I be in good health and continue to get stronger?

Yeserday I ate macaroni and cheese and a resutrant with bacon and onions and I felt so awful even today I was bloated and gassy and even took a nap to recharge myself my husband has been gassy and under the weather as he had some of this spicy pasta too. How does one feel better after having this experience we are feeling a bit better but we would like to know what remedies we can take to settle oour stomachs?

Im 16 and i love learning about health, but i was wondering are there any health magazines specifically for teens? and if not what would be the best one for someone my age? like out of self, womens health, health magazine, prevention, etc. Thanks! :) )
